Marcel looks like a great candidate. Never missed a race since joining, and was very dedicated to the Maxx team (10 seasons!). He looks like a great manager to work with.

I have in the meantime taken the liberty to accept him into the team because he wanted to know. I know and apologize that I didn’t first opt to make a vote as we normally do, and should, but he is so adaptable that I am sure that you won´t mind, and accept my liberty. Hahaha LOL!!

Since as you can see in his profile, he is indeed a super candidate to take into the team and clearly and easily fits into our demands and what we’re looking for.

Indeed, a top mate has had Rookie, Ammys and Pros experience. Far better than David in just about all aspects.

Hansy knows this mate very well, and it was him that arranged him for us, and recommends him. And I think that Herman also knows him.

I have been in team MAX33 with Marcel for many seasons.
Marcel is a constant and active player who certainly does not miss a race.
During the MAX period also very active on the team forum.

Sadly, we now know that our friend Mick, will be leaving us at the end of this season, but before that, we shall have a chance to speak to him in an open PM Team Message, where everybody can say what they want to Mick.

But, in the meantime, to have everything ready and on time, I have started the search for a new mate to fill in Mick´s place.

So, I am again letting you all know, that just like before with recent new mates, you are ALL welcomed to help out in the search for a new mate.

You already know what sort of mates we want in the team. They can be, Rookies, Amateurs or even higher, as long as you can see very attractive Manager History in their profiles, are not race missers, and seem active, loyal and so on. Realizing, of course, that only once they are with the team can we make sure of all their qualities.

I was thinking that since we have a little time, we could pick from a list of no more than the best 3 to 4 candidates, in other words, we can eliminate them as they come in, to keep the list at 3 to 4. You are All also allowed to chat with them, deal with them and then if they agree, pass them over so that I can start a signing up conversation with him.

Lastly, all new candidates,’ presentations, chats, discussions, and final voting is to be done ONLY on this topic of our external forum.

Greetings, Team RR,

Friends, I have found 4 new candidates that are ALL willing to sign for us. Obviously, some a little better than others. It has been quite a busy time going backwards and forwards with messages and answers, etc.

But we now have a bit of a problem because at least two of these mates want to have a definite answer if they have a guaranteed place or not, for next season. Two of them have had other offers but have not accepted them because they are waiting for our final decisions.

All have received and accepted our SIGN-ON RULES, and only one is waiting for our decision before placing his picture. It is important that we do not lose them unnecessarily, and we could get the replacement done and over with.

So, in order not to get all these candidates mixed up, I am going to post separate messages for each one of them with; observations, conversations and talks and so on.

So, I ask the team to please, post ALL your answers, views, observations and decisions within a period of 48 hours, that should give us time to check it all out and decide.

I have to get back to these guys very soon so that we don´t lose them and they go somewhere else.

The last thing that I must, unfortunately, mention here, is that we don´t know if we are going to need two mates instead of one, because I am now very worried about Marcel´s very sudden and abrupt absence.

My observations:

Ok, he has to still learn but seems to be handling himself in the Rookies so far. Seems serious bout what he says in his note. And did already place a photo which he did not have when we first talked.

Although he has been patient and seems willing, I think that other candidates that I will introduce should have priority over him.

This was the second mate that popped up. Here, we see a mate that shows a better career profile, and after asking him he did say that he was previously in another team, I checked it out and it´s true. So, this mate does have adequate experience.

However, when asked about being a supporter, he said that “maybe so within time”, which tells me that he does not like this option.

My observations:

Good sound experience, but does not seem to want to be a supporter, even if he says he might be. He sounds a little too casual about things. I would rather go for another mate and would even place CANDIDATE 1 in front of him.

You will notice that his profile shows only 9 races, but it was his note to me that caught my eye and the fact that a teammate who has performed like him, in obtaining 90% of podium wins, has simply got to have experience, even in the Rookies.

His note does ring like the truth because a new noob Rookie would not know about some of the things he mentions in his note.
I would readily accept him as well if CANDIDATE 3 is not an option according to team wishes.

Has little experience, doesn't have to be a problem.
When I look at his history I see that he does not drive all races, also in the current season he has not driven the first 3 races.
I don't expect him to run all races

Stephon Jackson
Would be a suitable candidate.

André Martins
Would be a suitable candidate.
Probably a little less feeling in the game than Stephon Jackson.

Tomasz Reda
If what he says is correct that he has gained a lot of experience in GPRO in the past, this would be a suitable candidate.
He is now P1 in his Rookie standings.
This does indicate that he must have the experience.
